Snickerdoodle Frosting Recipe
This is our all-time favorite frosting.
Grab your favorite cookies or any other baked goods that need a little cinnamon flavor and frost ’em up!
What I love most about this frosting is that it actually gives you a boost of protein!! We make it with Primal Kitchen’s Snickerdoodle Collagen Powder. This collagen mix adds protein and a delicious cinnamon-y spice to yummy treats. 😋
We like to use this recipe to frost our Chocolate Cookie Cutter Cookies. We make them for Valentine’s Day, Christmas and just about any other special occasion!

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Cashew Butter
- 2 Tbsp Grass-Fed Butter
- 2 Scoops Primal Kitchen Snickerdoodle Collagen Fuel
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Melt over a double boiler and stir occasionally.
Once melted, remove from heat and whisk a few times.
Use to ice your cookies, cakes, cupcakes or even drizzle on your ice cream!
*Note: because of the collagen, this frosting hardens very quickly. You have to use it quickly while it is warm. Because of this, you can’t pipe this frosting.
