Membership includes: Annual Surf Days experience at Waco Surf, VIP intimate dinner with Bethany, monthly community Pow-Wow sessions (with Bethany, Adam, or special guests), devotional and reflection sessions, a welcome kit shipped to your door, and year-round community access.

After your $500 deposit, a member of Bethany's team will personally reach out to confirm your selected membership plan and walk you through next steps. Your full balance is due by June 1, 2026.

Yes. Surf Days at Waco Surf is a guaranteed annual experience for all members within the 100-person capacity. As long as you are an active member, your spot at Surf Days is secured.

Because we want to keep this experience personal and meaningful. When things get too big, it’s easy to lose the connection that makes it special. Keeping it limited allows real space for people to be seen, to connect, and to experience it fully—not rushed or crowded, but steady and intentional. Once spots are filled, we close enrollment so we can protect that experience for everyone in it.

Yes. Membership can cover multiple people — a member of Bethany's team will confirm the details of your plan after your deposit. All members in your group receive the full membership experience including Surf Days.

Waco Surf has on-site accommodations — cabins and glamping-style lodging right on the property — so you can roll out of bed and straight into the experience. If you'd rather stay nearby, downtown Waco is only about 15–20 minutes away and has great options like the Hilton Waco, the Waco Marriott, and some really charming boutique hotels along the Brazos River. Airbnb and VRBO also have a ton of options if you're coming with family or a group and want a little more space.

Just a heads up — flights are not included, so you'll want to plan those on your own! The easiest option is Waco Regional Airport (ACT), which is only about 20–25 minutes from Waco Surf and has connecting flights through Dallas/Fort Worth. If you're flying into a major hub, Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) are both great choices — just plan for about a 1.5–2 hour drive depending on traffic. Austin-Bergstrom (AUS) is another solid option, roughly 1.5 hours south of Waco.
