• Do not place in the dishwasher — high heat can damage the vacuum seal and print.
• Do not microwave or freeze.
• Rinse the lid and straw after each use to prevent buildup.
• For deep cleaning, fill with a mixture of warm water and baking soda, let sit for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
• Dry with the lid off to prevent odors.
