My philosophy on healthy eating in a nutshell. Check out why I think vegetables should be the main food you consume!

When I was 18 or 19 I had a live blood analysis done on my blood, and from there I learned a lot about healthy eating. I did my first cleanse, ever. I had probably never even thought about doing a cleanse before that. Just seeing my blood up-close and personal on the microscope was really amazing and motivating! My blood was not as healthy as I thought it would be.

My integrative doctor recommends eating 75% vegetables.

Make every other food group your condiment – vegetables should be the main food you consume!

Your vegetables with a little meat, your vegetables with a little bit of grain, a little bit of bean… a little bit of everything else, and a lot of vegetables.

You hear the saying “Everything in Moderation” – well I say, “Everything -but- vegetables in moderation!”

Give it a try. Fill your plate with 75% vegetables!
