Granola is one of our family’s favorite breakfasts and snacks. It just always hits the spot! The boys like it so much that they often help me stir it together; I love having little hands in the kitchen! ☺️
I feel so good about feeding this recipe to my family because all the ingredients are natural and organic. Sometimes granolas are full of processed sugars and corn syrups, but this one is just naturally sweet.
I also add Primal Kitchen’s Collagen Peptides to get some protein action in there! My boys play so hard and are always on the move and so they need as much protein as possible haha. And the added protein is great for Adam and I too!
Yum! This recipe only takes about 20 mins to make so let’s do it!
- 7 cups of sprouted rolled oats
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of candied ginger
- 1 cup of dried mulberries
- 1 cup of grass-fed butter
- 1/2 cup of raw honey
- 5 scoops (1/2 cup) of Primal Kitchen’s Unflavored Collagen Peptides
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl. Spray 2 baking pans with Primal Kitchen’s Avocado Oil Spray. Spread granola evenly in pans. Bake for 8 minutes. Stir granola.
Place pans back in the oven and bake for another 8 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
Let cool and enjoy right away or put in airtight container.
Hope you enjoy our well-balanced, protein-packed, homemade granola!
