Not Easy…but Possible

One of my favorite mantras…“I don’t need easy, I just need possible” can be applied to surfing Jaws…

…or just sneaking in a workout as a busy mom of two active little boys 🙂

Let’s be honest, sometimes fitting in a workout can feel nearly impossible…but it’s not! There are days when it’s necessary to let go of your ideal conditions/timing/setting for a work out and just figure out a way to move your body.

Incorporate the chaos around you into your exercise, like this…

It is great to include your loved ones in your workout – kids, friends, family, whoever is around – just pull them in and invite them to join you. Hey, it will probably add laughter to your work out and laughter always does a body good!

Life is not perfect, so let’s roll and adapt through the challenges and “so called” impossibilities!

 

P.S. One of the best ways to Optimize Health (month 3 in my course) is to take things one day at a time. Your workout doesn’t need to be perfect, exercise just needs to happen.
