I’m really excited to introduce you to a special person who has made a big impact in my life as I have journeyed toward optimizing my own health…
Dr. Dustin Dillberg is my go-to natural health practitioner and dear friend. Together, with help from Dustin and his awesome wife Kirby, we wrote my book Body & Soul , which focuses on overall health for young women. (Even if you’re not a young woman, our book can be a great resource for you as you strive to optimize your health and go deeper into the topics we discuss here, and in my Unstoppable Year course.)
Since my teen years, having good health has been a huge passion of mine. That passion is what initially led me to Dustin. At first, my health motivation was primarily to help me perform better in surfing. Today, I’m motivated to wake up feeling healthy so I can not only surf great, but also so I can love my husband and boys well. And my motivation doesn’t end here, I also want to age well. One day I hope to be a grandmother who is able to play on the ground with my grandchildren easily! Also I feel the need to touch on the enormous numbers of disease hitting our culture much too young. Having good health will make a difference in your life at any and every stage – it is one of the best investments you will ever make.

Dustin and his dad, Dr Kerry Dillberg, began to educate me on all aspects of a healthy life, starting with nutrition and posture.
They shared with me the four aspects of health:
I learned how everything you do, think, consume and are exposed to is connected to your health and well-being… yes, everything!
These lessons have been life changing for me. In addition to feeling and performing better, I have also discovered what is now one of my new passions – bringing others along on the journey toward healthy living! That’s why I brought Dustin in as a guest on the Unstoppable Year. I want to provide an opportunity for you to discover for yourself how simple and approachable it can be to live a healthy lifestyle, and I want you to feel the impact of small healthy changes.
Here are a few examples of small changes that can make a big difference…
- Drink water first thing in the morning and throughout the day.

- Shop the outer edges of the grocery store (that is where the fresh/live food is found)
- Read the ingredients: whether it’s your food, cosmetics or household products
