I’m kinda a foodie, especially food that keeps me feeling strong, physically healthy, and energized for my action packed days training and chasing around my boys.
And while I aim to eat a diet full of clean, fresh and organic foods, I have my weak spots just like everyone else 🙂

What are your guilty food pleasures?
Okay, so EASILY chocolate. And I know they say chocolate is good for you; and yes, I eat dark chocolate. But still it’s a big weakness of mine… (and I’m not even feelin’ guilty when I eat it! haha)
I love a quesadilla. Quesadillas are my favorite “naughty” meal, so to say.
…And I love Peanut Butter Panda Puffs. (Adam and I scrap over them!)
But too much of almost anything is usually not great for our bodies. So let’s find our moderation! EX: I was in a habit of eating too much chocolate so Adam and I made a rule that if we want some we have to do at least 10 minutes of cardio 😉
