Adam and I love our coffee. And on hot days, we like to blend it up and make a cold, sweet refresher with it!
We drink coffee more for the flavor and taste, not because we need the caffeine, but this recipe still definitely hits the spot when when we want to cool off.
I’m so stoked about this recipe because it’s sooo quick and easy to make and I love every ingredient that goes in it. Coconut is one of my FAVORITE foods and so the coconutty flavor in this makes my mouth water, especially when combined with coffee and honey or maple. These natural sweeteners are awesome because I try to avoid processed sugar as much as possible!
The Primal Kitchen Collagen Peptides offer extra protein which is great for Adam and I. We burn so many calories throughout the day – working out, surfing, adventuring with the kiddos – that we need all the extra protein we can get!
These collagen peptides come in packets now (yay!!) and are super handy for a quick recipe like this. Plus, they are awesome for traveling! We take them all across the world in our luggage 😄 🧳
I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
