One of the most affordable ways you can boost your health is by drinking water.
Drinking water is probably the first thing I do when I wake up. I’ll drink like 16-20oz of water.
Water is so good for you and a lot of us don’t drink enough water. You can tell by looking at your ‘you-know-what.’ If it’s really yellow, it means you need to drink more water. You want to aim for the clearest you-know-what as possible. Also sugar and processed foods will make your you-know-what look too yellow. Okay, I’m gonna stop going there!
I try to always have a water bottle on me, and make sure I’m good to go with my water. I am always getting my son to drink water, too. I just make sure we’re on it!
