Going on a trip this summer?
As an athlete, author and speaker from an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, I do a lot of traveling. Having traveled off island almost monthly for the past 13 years, I am all too familiar with its negative effects on my family’s health. I have found that when traveling, my family is likely to not consume enough water cause we’re away from home and out of our regular routine. This leads to dehydration. Common symptoms of dehydration are headache, dizziness, continual thirst, dry skin, dry eyes, sleepiness and darker color urine.
Good news is we have figured out some simple ways to prepare for flights and road trips that I’m excited to share with you today!
2- Instead of drinking processed juices, soda and alcohol–which can contribute to dehydration– buy modafinil pakistan DRINK WATER regularly. Start before you leave home, continue on the plane, in the car, and throughout your daily activities.
3- watch Add Electrolyte Drops to your water to further benefit your hydration and boost the flavor of your water. The minerals help your water to hydrate you even better. We like LyteShow because it doesn’t have any unnecessary additives or sweeteners. Avoid electrolyte drinks that have dyes and sugar, such as Gatorade.
Stay hydrated, stay healthy, and enjoy your summer escapades, wherever they may take you!
