This is not my everyday go-to smoothie, but it is a delicious once-in-a-while treat!
1 fresh Papaya (remove seeds then scoop or cut fruit off skin),
1 frozen Banana,
1/2 thumb* of Turmeric, peeled (or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder),
1/2 thumb* Ginger, peeled (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder),
Heaping spoonful of Peanut Butter (or any other nut butter you prefer),
1/2 cup canned coconut milk,
1/2 cup almond milk,
ice cubes (optional, if you want it colder).
*using your own thumb for the measurement
Puree all ingredients in a blender to a smooth consistency.
