Let’s be DEDICATED to our health!

This month I want to encourage you to BE DEDICATED TO YOUR HEALTH! I hope to influence you to prioritize and keep up a healthy lifestyle – even though it can be difficult. Why is it so difficult? There can be many reasons! I guess a few would be (1) we’re often busy and maybe a bit lazy to choose the healthy option. Or (2) maybe those around us influence us poorly?

 

Nowadays we have got to go out of our way and plan ahead to not end up in bad health choices or habits.

 

Either way, I stay consistently motivated cause I want to feel and look great! I want to maintain good health as I age. I want to surf exceptionally. And now as a mom, I am my child’s greatest influence; he will follow my lead weather it’s healthy or not. I really want him to be healthy!

 

Nowadays we have got to go out of our way and plan ahead to not end up in bad health choices or habits. I’m so thankful my husband and I are aligned, that it’s a priority of ours to care for our health.
