Grandma Cherith’s Gluten-free Waffles

My friends and I just had a waffle party and this was the recipe we used. The waffles were SOOOO yummy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup Flax
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
4 TBS. Coconut Oil
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cup Milk
spoonful of Honey

Prepare as you would normal waffle batter (mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then incorporate them). Cook in a waffle maker.

Top with Fruit or Chocolate Chips!
