The Challenge: 100 Ab Moves a Day to raise awareness for the FOBH Foundation. It’s not to late to start! The challenge ends Oct 1st.
How it Helps Charity: Every check-in provides a share link to help us all rally to raise awareness. At any point in the challenge you can click on the white FOBH label on the challenge dashboard to give an optional donation.
Prizes: Point and sharing based prizes will be announced throughout the challenge including a skype meeting with Bethany, a copy of her book and some amazing gear!!
