Modified Elimination Diet: Get Your Healthy On!
Last month, I did a cleanse, monitored by Dillberg Integrated Healthcare, and it was largely based on the Modified Elimination Diet
According to HealthDesigns.com, “[The modified elimination] dietary approach has been most helpful in patients who complain of fatigue, recurrent gastrointestinal problems (especially diarrhea), food intolerance or sensitivity, chemical or environmental sensitivities, chronic headache, and muscle or joint pain of unknown origin.”
Are any of those symptoms hitting home with you? Of course, even if you don’t feel like you experience these symptoms, it’s still beneficial to do a cleanse like this to boost your body’s God-given ability to fight disease, sickness, & allergies. Along with modified elimination diet, I juiced fresh veggie juice (low sugar) daily, and took Chinese Medicinal Herbs and high quality Nutritional Supplementation.

Rather than just going on a temporary diet, I try to adopt new positive lifestyle changes. I still cheat every now and then (gotta enjoy the treats I love) – hence the 85% dark chocolate and thanksgiving pumpkin pie!
