hi hi hi. ever since i saw your movie i fell in love with surfing. i live in maryland so i cant surf. my bedroom is surf themed. you are my role model!!! when im 21 im hopefully moving to Kauai. my dad made me a balance board and ive been really working out to get strong enough to surf. right now im saving for a surfboard ( which i really want) so i can have one when i move to Hawaii. you are amazing!!!!!! please reply!!! it would be aaaaaaamazing!! oh and if im 13 now and im moving to somewhere i can surf when im 21 will i still get to have a surfing career?? or is it too late? please reply!!!!        i LOVE you!!!!! you are absolutely amazing!!!!!!! i would love to talk to  you on the phone so if you want my number ask. i have many more questions!!!!!!

Bethany, I am a huge fan of yours!!!! I have been in Hanalei Bay for this whole week and I got stuck here because of the flooding. I have a friend thats names are Saranne, Eddie, and Rush. You probably know them cause they said they know you. I was trying to meet you and stuff but you went to Oahu. Also, I have a hole in my heart and I had 2 when I was little. Do you have any advice to make me feel more positive about it then negative? One last thing, I emailed you and I would like if you wrote me back on this blog and my email. It will make everything brighter. Also, I live in Colorado. I want to be an actress just like AnnaSophia Robb.

I know you get lots of these comments every day, and you probably won’t remember this one five minutes from now. But i am an allatar cheerleader, i have been since i was 3, and i am almost 16. At times it gets really hard and is tough to stick with. A few days ago, my dad told me to watch Soul Surfer. It really touched me, and i was crying through the WHOLE thing. I just want you to know that you have given me more of an inititive not only in cheerleading, but in my out look on life. You are such a talented surfer and a very brave person. You are my role model.
